1.雙級反滲透:
原水(shui)(自(zi)來(lai)水(shui)、地(di)表水(shui)、地(di)下水(shui))加壓(ya)送(song)至(zhi)預處(chu)理系統(tong)(tong)粗(cu)過濾(lv),再進入過濾(lv)器過濾(lv)后,通過一級(ji)高壓(ya)泵加壓(ya)送(song)至(zhi)一級(ji)反(fan)滲透系統(tong)(tong),該系統(tong)(tong)產出的水(shui)再由二(er)級(ji)高壓(ya)泵加壓(ya)送(song)至(zhi)二(er)級(ji)反(fan)滲透系統(tong)(tong),生產出產品水(shui),稱為(wei)雙級(ji)反(fan)滲透。
2.工藝流程:
雙級反滲(shen)透,適合(he)電導率大于500μs/cm的水質(zhi),出水電導率1-10μs/cm。
EDI超純水
超(chao)純水(shui)設(she)備是(shi)反滲透(tou)設(she)備跟離(li)(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)混床(chuang)或EDI相結合(he)配套使用(yong),離(li)(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)混床(chuang)是(shi)通過離(li)(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)樹脂(zhi)在電解(jie)質溶液中(zhong)進行(xing)的,可(ke)去除水(shui)中(zhong)的各(ge)種陰、陽(yang)(yang)(yang)離(li)(li)子,是(shi)目前制取高純水(shui)工(gong)藝流(liu)程中(zhong)不可(ke)替代的手段。離(li)(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi)分為陽(yang)(yang)(yang)離(li)(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi)、陰離(li)(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)器(qi)等。 當(dang)原水(shui)通過離(li)(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)柱(zhu)時,水(shui)中(zhong)的陽(yang)(yang)(yang)離(li)(li)子和水(shui)中(zhong)的陰離(li)(li)子(HCO3-等離(li)(li)子)與交(jiao)換(huan)柱(zhu)中(zhong)的陽(yang)(yang)(yang)樹脂(zhi)的H+離(li)(li)子和陰樹脂(zhi)的OH-離(li)(li)子進行(xing)交(jiao)換(huan),從而達到脫鹽的目的。陽(yang)(yang)(yang)、陰混柱(zhu)的不同組合(he)可(ke)使水(shui)質達到更高的要(yao)求(qiu)。
適用(yong)于電子、化工行業超(chao)純水(shui)、醫藥用(yong)水(shui)、中高壓鍋爐(lu)補(bu)給水(shui)等,出水(shui)電阻2-18MΩ·cm
